Welcome
SI Australia
Based on conversations with many practicing manual therapists with an interest in learning Structural Integration (SI), I determined that a good post-graduate course in SI has to offer three things:
1. a schedule that makes it possible to continue working during the course. That's why this training is a modular course of 300 hours, structured as 14 x 3-day intensives, offered approximately once a month.
2. graduates of the course have to be eligible for membership in a professional organisation with continuing education and peer dialogue. This course is certified by the International Association of Structural Integrators (IASI) .
3. an approach to working with human structure and movement that has a significant impact on a patient's quality of life well beyond what is possible with the student's existing repertoire of techniques.
The next SI class will commence in Perth
in April 2013.
On this site you'll find everything you need to make an application to SI Australia's program. You can also download the reading list, written paper requirements and even the class schedule.
